The million tonnes that i refer to are the (one million tonnes at a grade of 8.3% zinc, 1.7% lead and 22g/t silver) that have been previously announced. Apologies for any confusion!!!

Please refer to the 4th quarter activities report issued on 26 July 2007 where it states:
"An updated resource calculation is now in preparation and is expected to be complete in August. It should be noted that the existing resource (one million tonnes at a grade of 8.3% zinc, 1.7% lead and 22g/t silver) does not include any of the holes in the tables below, or holes drilled in the Zed and East Lodes in the December quarter".

I also enclose the following quote from PDZ's announcement to the ASX on 23 November 2006:
"RC drilling at Prairie Downs has discovered a new zinc lode ("Zed Lode") located 170 metres to the west of Main Lode. Main, East and Gabbro Lodes currently host a total resource of one million tonnes at a grade of 8.3% zinc, 1.7% lead and 22g/t silver. "

I do agree that PDZ will need to raise capital in order to turn Praire Downs into a producing mine, which is their intention, as proven again today by the appointment of Charlie Karelse as Chief Operating Officer. They have previously noted that it will cost an estimated $55m to do this.The easiest and most common way to do this is a share placement. Given the small amount of shares and options on offer and its current share price i don't think that they will need to issue too many as to dilute the value of the company (IMO). PDZ has very shrewd management. Indeed the recent share placement to institutional investors was not at a reduced price. I think that any future placements will be handled with equal shrewdness.

Plenty of good times ahead for PDZ.
