Its irrelevant whether in escrow or not.
Just like when you look at unlisted companies - look at number of shares issued when determining raise price or value of the business ( market cap ).
I also thought reserve is 400,000 ounces not 1 million. When it hits 500,000 ounces in reserve theres a big issue to be done.
