BGS vs KOD reminds me of PLS and DKO... PLS ended up being a monster and swallowed up DKO's pittance of a resource for a couple of mil before sending them packing to Portugal.
I see this playing out again with BGS proving to be the monster, however as BGS and KOD's tenements aren't contiguous, so I can't see there being much upside in acquiring this ground unless it was for pennies once BGS has it's carbonate plant up and running and is looking to expand larger than 100ktpa
