It seems the market has done its typical reaction again, on what basis its hard to say, uncertainty I guess

The announcement itself appears more positive

Well head pressure built to 3500 psi during shut in. Meaning the pressure at the top of the well reached 3500 psi despite having to support a static head of around 5000 psi (assuming frack fluids in the wellbore as that is what has come out) Add them together and the reservoir (pore pressure) is 8500 psi. An overpressured formation that should flow unassisted.

Flowing 70 barrels/day of frack water through a 4/64 choke ( that is a 1/16th of an inch diameter hole)  
The pressure decline is the concern, having dropped from wellhead of 3500 to 1130 psi. It is this residual pressure that is available to be spent, in clearing the frack fluids prior to the production kick off taking over and supporting the flow.

At 0550 on 2 September the first little kick appeared to come. Kicks should now increase in frequency until a sustained hydro carbon flow is achieved

Whilst the formation is full of water the full benefits of the super critical phase hydrocarbons are restricted. The key property is being able to effuse/flow through solids like a gas is limited by water. Like breathing through a dry cloth is easier than through a wet one.

IMO kick off will soon be here and then we will know just how good the HRZ is
