From what I have been seeing today - plenty of small parcels. My guess would be that there are plenty of Mum and Pop investors getting out - the hype drove them in, the turning in sentiment is driving some out.
I am not convinced that it is the big end of town leaving - we have not seen any notices on changes in ownership from the big holders either. Unless of course it is the big end of town doing it by stealth - but in my opinion it is not.
