no, what i am saying/speculating, is that there are a few who took the placement, for various reasons, would be wanting out, mixed up with traders buying at say .008/9, and flipping at 1c or better. No need for capping, they simply wait for volume on the buy side to bail in one hit. And, as part of my thoughts, if the stock is to get a "pump", it wont happen until those players are out, new blood has bought up and got set, and then the liquidity dries up, allowing the price to rise. The supply will diminish at some point, and then you will likely see movement, particularly if a deal is getting closer, because this isnt about drilling at Burraga, its likely to be an acquisition
