Yes, expanding and expediting the bulk sampling programme is the way to go.
The prospect of maybe, just maybe, being able to earn a greater interest in Rahu is also very exciting. Everyone is so focused on Talisman Deeps, and rightfully so, but there is a lot more potential with NTL than just Talisman.
