    That was one of my hopes (contracts replacing flammable cladding) when I bought into this stock a few weeks back.

    However I do also wonder if GCS installed any flammable cladding in the past, and could therefore be at risk of some form of litigation from strata groups / apartment owners? (This is just me wondering - I have no proof or basis for this).
