would anyone care to share their thoughts

Hello All,

I have been reading through the company announcement from Jan 07 till now, to make sense of all the volume traded & price movement.

The only things that I have seen are:

* Something about 'Acquisition of Witbank Coal Project'
(Was To be completed by March 2007-not yet done)
* New Company Secretary
* New Change Of Address
* New Directors
* ASX Speeding Ticket (with an NO IDEA Answer)
* And few other bits and pieces.

The Only one thing that was suppose to be done is the 'Acquisition', which still has not been finalized, in their announcement titled:Appointment Of directors dated 26/6/07.

All the way down the bottom of the announcement they mention the 'Acquisition', this time Due to the high market demand for contracting Professionals in the resource sector the "Witbank Project"to be completed by end of July 2007 (Although still not done).


We are now in August and nothing as yet, should we be expecting anything soon?

Does anyone who has been following this share long enough know of anything else this company is working on?
