    Brain Dump from me ...

The longer the delay the more restless the natives will become (incl me)... market does not like uncertainty and unexpected delays cause increasing uncertainty.

Key things I would like to know ASAP are:-

    1. Grade of 2 outstanding holes - obviously
    2. Why no Manono trench results released to market as usually they trench wait for results then drill if trench results look good (Could be that they are waiting on trench assays before drilling further at Manono)
    3. Why only 1 hole into Manono when there were multiple planned ... as stated could be waiting on trench results but if they saw Spod visually in trenches then perhaps no need to wait?
    4. The extent of the Lepidolite in the mix with the Spod at the N.eastern end of Carrieire di L'Este (and how far to the SW it occurs) and also in the Malata pegmatite occurrence. The sceptic in me suspects this may be why no trench results available as stated above. I hope not.
    5. Extent and depth of weathering at Manono ... (At Kitotolo it 60-70m was down from surface) as it will affect tonnage calcs dramatically
    6. Why our "Tweeter" has suspiciously gone quiet on AVZ with takeover rumours. Has he sold out ? Would not be surprised. Always dangerous to lay too much blind faith in a web poster.
    7. When results are expected now. An old adage in Spec miners world - "often late translates into not great". However we are not that late yet if not reported in say two weeks from now then asking the question more loudly
    8. Plans post the 2 outstanding holes being reported ... as we could be looking at a 8 -10 week news void whilst we wait 4 weeks to start the phase 2 drill and then wait for those P2 results. Assuming of course we are not interrupted by the Wet Season Oct -Dec. Share prices tend to drift when there is no news.

    Other comments,

Personally I doubt a takeover on this amount of drilling (and historic info)... perhaps an T/over attempt well into phase 2 drilling is much safer time but still early takeover time wise. .. but some say Chinese may move earlier than most western companies... So I guess its possible. But will still need good results from the 2 outstanding holes as holes 4,5,6 were not what market was expecting clearly. So I'm not holding my breath on a T/Over in the short term. Also I would think Klaus would be selling out too early as post phase 2 drilling the company may be 3-4x more valuable. Just because a Chinese buyer(s) wants in does not mean Klaus must sell ... He'd be better to hold out till proven up if he considered the resource to be that spectacular . Another investor like the last one would be a much better outcome for shareholders IMHO ...not a 100% takeover.

I have experienced companies sitting on poorer than expected results and burying them deep in Qtly's after some lengthy delay HNR was the latest being 6 weeks late. So its also possible.

Hype - AVZ has had more than its fair share of hyped up novice posters I suspect that anything other than super spectacular results could be met with sell the news ...lets hope not but it is a distinct possibility ... Queue has looked "Fattish" on sell side for some time now total sellers outnumber total buyers .

I note recent posts quoting from Historic reports which are somewhat comforting ... I thank those for posting those... but some of those reports are often vague "broad brush" commentary. Hence the need for redrill to get exact and verifiable confirmation.

The key for me is hole 7. Why holes 7? well its outside the defined target (400-800mt ) area and appears to be a large and thick Peg ... It could change the game considerably and cause a new rally leg. I assume Hole 1 has similar grades to hole 2 based on Trenching right next to it. I expect hole 1 is possible already factored into the price. If hole 1 is ordinary and does not meet lofty expectation then market will react negatively. I expect hole 7 (assuming it has spod/Lith) to at the very least be weathered to 70m ... if the lithium is below 200m deep I expect it to not mined in my lifetime as there will plenty to mine in the 0-200m open cut zone. So that leaves us with 70-200m of pay dirt...

Anyway that's my view ... at this time.

All is IMHO DYOR to confirm
