patience boys..ive seen many a company come out of voluntary administration and do well after restructuring..take WMT,BLR and all the companies in the Ascent stable...AWS is not a shell company now as they r trading well and even if they were a shell company often goes well for a new listing to asx as they have most things in place..ie MHL,RMG,WAG,SSC,TDY,SBL to name but a few
