    Personal I reckon this is a good time to buy while holders are all doom & gloom have watched many many shares go from doing little to spur the market to the market darling eg AGM 10c-14c to $1+ PEN does have to many shares outstanding IMHO so 30-40c would be massive say a 400m Mrktcap
