People sell for all sorts of reasons...panic is but one, but lets look at this...

GUJ - 1 seller of 50,000 shares
GUJO - 2 sellers for a total of 140,000 options

Thats a grand total of about $38K worth combined...and if they want to buy back in now, they will push the stock up some 7%.

Further, they have all fallen off the depth from higher up, where in both issues sellers are becoming as rare as hens teeth.

Just 73k shares now to 43c...same in the options with just 55k options all the way to 22c...and whilst clearly not a true reflection of the number of people prepared to sell at these levels, it has been quite a while since we have seen the depths so thin.

One might argue a window into the minset of most holders.
