Seen this posted a few times in different ways that AVZ will be sold off to the highest bidder. Although I don't disagree the reality is the location and register makes achieving a competitive full or thumping TO is unlikely.
No western mining company will bid imo and glencore has its hands full with production assets (also competion reg may get in the way). The great hope is China however Chinese entities do not bid against themselves for listed assets, at least publicly.
Comes down to management to achieve something palatable and also forcing the issue by racing as fast as they can towards production at the same time as progressing possible corporate transactions.
