There's actually a lot of fierce competition in China between local governments. There's also a lot of competition in the battery sector. And have you noticed how many regions have their own EV manufacturer in China? And have you read about the many different alliances/JVs in the automotive sector between Chinese companies and foreign companies?

Much more competition in China than in the past. Different times. So I wouldn't rule out competition between different Chinese groups for lithium from the Congo.
