SMM court case. Same case and rulings which saw SMM stripped of LOI over Isabel Nickel Deposits awarded to it under ITendef Process and AVQ stripped of its mining licence and land titles to Takarta nickel tenements which were part of Isabel Nickel deposits.
SMM's withdrawing from SI. Strongly evidences many negative aspects and outlooks in respect of future nickel prices and the security and frustration of trying to conduct business in SI.
Ministerial sackings within SI govt, nothing more than common everyday occurrence within a corrupt govt.
The SI minister of mines who granted AVQ its tenement and licence over Takarta was sacked after granting said AVQ licences. Leaves many ?'s unanswered in respect of granting those titles to AVQ.

M Turnbull signed a new agreement with SI! Wow! And this was about what and means what to AVQ s'holders and the Share Price? Aust has been the major contributor to RAMSI peace keeping force since end 2000. Has this been benificial to Aust interests in SI? Don't see how or where. So what value if any is ther to AVQ SH's in some unknown aggreement.
