I'm pretty sure most of us here have been around long enough to know, that if you held 17,000,000 shares in this Cicero connected shell, it's pretty unlikely you'd dump the lot when we're this close to signing off on the final 'red light'.
That being the case:
* Who was the seller?
* What was their true motivation?
* Was the bulk soaked up by the seller himself....or a connected party?
* If his intention was to drive it down to buy orders he has at 0.002, how fast will he re-load when he realises it didn't work?
Or then again, maybe a T shirt wearing spec trader really did own 17,000,000 shares, didn't do enough ringing around and decided to flog the lot, at possibly the most important juncture in this company's life.
Yup.....I'm sure that was probably it.
