The company has some agreements in place with Chinese Graphite buyers.

The board obviously has much more information than we know about how the company is going, what the future holds, what dealings and understandings are in place with potential buys of the ore, their plans for 2018, etc.

The biggest issue is whether or not the company will receive the $4.8m from the conversion of the options? Shareholders have until December 31st to choose to convert their options at a conversion rate of 2c. For this to be attractive to them, the ordinary shares must be worth more than 2c at the time!

If the company can realise that $4.8m it will provide them with up to 8 months of working capital and they can move onto Stage 1 of development.

The demand for Graphite will become higher and higher from 2019 onwards and VRC is aiming to become a mid-tier supplier for that demand! VRC is still alive and well. I am holding my stock and looking forward to a successful year for the company in 2019!

Sorry could you elaborate what Junior graphite explorer has the following debt you speak of?

I believe Volt is the only junior explorer with debt
