the latest quarterly activitys report doesnot mention 150m of data... it says "several if not tens of millions of dollars worth of work"...
maybe you are right rupert... it dont really matter..

the joke is on Puntland if they are prepared to put data in the hands of a company that wouldnot know how to handle all the data...
It has always wondered me why Puntland didnot go for an oil major, who could develop and extract much more efficiently?
there has to be some sort of reason?
oil majors not interested perhaps?
