I see from today's Appendix 3E that S32's buy back brokers are constrained to a maximum buy price of $3.0811 by Rule 7.33.
The ceiling will be regularly recalculated.
Meanwhile, the SP is doing its own thing trading above this at $3.105 - perhaps a cost-less buy back.
