You also must have low phosphorous levels. The big concern is over the impurities causing major problems in furnaces during processing. Yandi type hematite ore is of a lower grade than say the Tom Price or Whaleback ore but fetches a higher price due to very low impurity levels.

Demand for magnetite is there and in a very big rewarding way. GBG has exactly what is being sought after in the way of quality magnetite ore and a "Customer who wants all of the product that is available".

You people really do need to also read the detailed explanations already provided by GBG in relation to the comparisons and major benefits of magnetite. No need to double guess they have done the work for you.

    For instance did you know:
"Grade of Concentrate 68 –69% Fe
Receive 10% more revenue for every tonne of product (plus can get magnetite premium). Extra $7 / tonne of product.)"

The buyer is already setup for magnetite ore, a ready and insatiable market demand.

    and it goes on.....................

No need to question GBG future. It is set literally in high grade ore and (unhedged) forward sales.

Have fun in the market this week :) and as a broker said in the paper yesterday, if you are happy with you investment and got in for all the right fundamental reasons then just place your stock in the drawer let the next few months pass and just hold. If you have concerns and can't afford margin calls or whatever then simple...get out.

    GBG IMO is the former.
