1.Appoint a law firm PRO BONO specializing in mining takeovers.With the aim of removing RC and board
2.Letters from legal firm to RC and board requesting where their loyalties lie
3.Has MCB offered RC the BOARD and staff positions with MCB if a takeover is completed
4.In the interim. A weekly report by RC and each board member as to their activities re meetings with MCB and or discussions with other suitors
5.Most important aVALUATION to include all assets eg gas oil helium and other minerals and the extent and value Santos places on the areas they are involved in
The real value of CTP is of vital importance NOW to assess if take over offers are ridiculously low
