The turmoil you are experiencing is the result of trying to understand a long-term, multi-sourced conversation going on between a bunch of long term investors, and traders.

Understanding and interpreting your own stripes in this regard will help you resolve your frustration, one way or the other.

Traders and long-term investors are interested in very different things.... though, it's strange to me that HC doesn't provide a facility to distinguish between the two
