It's impossible to conclude much from the preliminary trial results. The patients were all receiving chemo as well, so without a comparison with patients with similar tumours who are on chemo but not Brachysil, the reported stabilization/reduction of tumour sizes doesn't mean anything. For all we know, it's the chemo doing the work.
