they will stick to their main duties only until they are heavily cash flow positive.. need to pay down debt... plus the next 12 months will be solely to increase free cash flow.. My bet is that Mr Murdoch will try and reduce the amount of shares out there and increase the SP, especially taking into account the convertible bonds... no other reason why he would be appointed
