I guess it follows on then - is there any trust that they won't simply defer to other delay tactics - further trials / markets .

By tactics - I assume if they suggest were ready to Ann plant costings by June - but deffered to consider marketing - that plant costings portion is / or is not done .

Is the deferral to consider other marketing - simply a smoke screen for - the plant costings are not complete with issues they are playing for time to resolve ? Consider the history of unexplained .

Simply - if the plant costing were done - they could be released.

When I go to pick up my car from the mechanic and he tells me it's still not ready - I wonder if ferris beuwler has not taken it for a joy ride and it's now in the panel beaters .
