An indicated resource is actually far better than an inferred resource, and a measured resource is the best. From an indicated resource (or measured resource) you get proven and probabe reserves which become the basis of a mining decision. Inferred does not lead to a mine, but more drilling, but still good to have large inferred resources because further drilling is what actually then moves that resource to the indicated and measured category - again see Post #: 26993124

Now the interesting aspect is Chinese partners generally come on as an investor/JV partner at the inferred resource stage, so if have a large inferred resource then that is a potential goer here IMO and yes I am speculating for the avoidance of doubt, read yes i am speculating for others. I went through this issue in another stock also in the DRC but the principles are the same here around when Chinese might enter a fray compared to the private sector (given we are in the DRC and we may end up doing other things there as well). Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't for the Chinese and I posted as such in another thread in another stock so not cross promoting but indicating the issue that same principles would apply here IMO. Something to think about for VEC particularly if it ends up acquirng say a cobalt tenement in the DRC and yes I am speculating again, for others read speculating again - see what I said for the other stock if interested in Post #: 26787159 as same principles apply here

All IMO, but I will get more excited here when the drill bit produces the goods. Until then simple speculation here but 'visible' gold is always a positive thing IMO as I posted the other day. But the drill bit is the only thing that does the talking in exploration IMO as that is what gets you to a JORC
