Dirk and Mark understand the shareholders' strong wishes to not announce anything that isn't going to happen.
Here's my view. Unlike previous announcements in the past, if Dirk announces something, there is certainty involved. There simply is no need to announce to the market that it happened, as they said it was going to in the webcast.
So, if "better terms" isn't good enough for you and you really want to know the exact terms, do some research... send them an email and ask, or send in a question for the next webcast.
Coming on here and complaining that they must have gotten really bad terms just because they haven't announced anything further to their last announcement two weeks ago only serves to reinforce your reputation of a downramper.
