The transition to hydrocarbons will be gradual with the ratio of water remaining very high for some time yet.
As the hydrocarbons move out of the reservoir rock surface, the vacant spaces will be filled by hydrocarbons from further within the rock, making the flow direction towards the wellbore so not much settle or soak, unless an additional shut in is implemented.
Steam will not be created in the reservoir as the pressure is to high, as a reference point it takes a temperature of 374 Celsius to make steam at 3200 psi. At the well head even if the 130c reservoir temperature proposed had not cooled on the trip to the surface it would only phase change to steam at 25
deg c, which is well below the normal operating pressure of the 3 phase separator
