Dex, I'm sorry I don't agree with you!
There is a big political issue here imo.
The executive has been given permission to spend $120 million + on something that hasn't passed parliament.
In fact, it has failed to pass 2 times.
If you're ok with the executive being able to bypass Parliament just because you agree with this particular issue, then I'm sorry (again) but you are missing a much bigger issue.
