I am no longer sure here - I heard that a part of the team was a really good short stock person - they have left the industry. Its not the longs that have a problem here its the shorts as I see it not going their way. They had a magic team post GFC but now - not so sure - talks a good talk but hasn't been really doing anything good these days. I am a small holder now. Glad to have lightened the exposure.

Guess what now have a small growing holding in URB thanks to you pointing out that its trading a great bargain price. Non comparable here but a real interesting foot in the property development arena.
