in america, public transportation is much better than here, plus most cities are not ocean/sea side. eg sydney or perth must build only on one side. Finally in america there are plenty of decent cities where its does not include elite suburbs to drive cities house prices up. so middle and low income cities can relocate to cheaper decent large cities. what does aus have??, canberra or darwin?, even townsville dosnt sound exciting
