Clipp has been flagged as non core and will be sold. Will be interesting to see what MBE will get for it. My guess is they will sell via an IPO of Clipp and should get multiples of $4.5 million. The thing is about to be cashflow positive, in the right hands with deeper pockets who knows. Just look at Menulog.
