Well that is all very interesting. So it would seem that CBA was already a substantial holder (greater than 5%) and that they have not declared it to the company as they are required to do so by the ASX. Furthermore, it would seem that the buying has continued in July up to 12%.
I thought that substantial holders were meant to declare their position within 48 hours of purchase.
Time for some more investigation.
