A year on and they are still giving out trials to the large accounts and new accounts.
Unless you can convert trials into paid campaigns (which it seems you can't) your buying data and giving it away for free while providing free advertising. The irony is the more users you get the more it will cost you hence the lack of any more expansion; thank god for the download slowdown ...
The buisness model doesn't work, never did time to man up and pull the plug for the sake of the rest of the buisness that's ticking over nicely.
