chartist help please

From a technical(charts) perspective, is the previous low of 83 cents (closing price) a key support level ie there is still hope if the share price closes at or above 83 cents?

What's the next target if it closes below 83cents? and at what price will there be a change in the trend to an uptrend?

BTW Haspete, your reading of the charts the last time was spot on ie resistance of 34 cents. Touched 33cents and dropped all the way back down.
