Hi Bri,

I think putting shareholder pressure on the ASX is a great idea ... Anything minorities can do that will hopefully encourage the powers that be to do their jobs properly and follow up on matters that require their attention should definitely be done.

But since not all of us are as on top of the details as you, or able to express them as clearly, would you be able to draft a brief letter to the ASX on behalf of all affected shareholders, stating the key actions we would like them to take at this point ?

It could have an introduction along the lines of " I am a shareholder ( or expired options holder, or both ) of Nkwe Platinum Ltd, ( NKP ), and believe that the ASX has been failing in its duties to adequately investigate and take appropriate action in the following matters that have been brought to your attention." ... Then you could briefly summarise the details of what matters have been raised with them that still await proper action.

You could finish with some type of statement on intent, affirming that the all affected shareholders / expired options holders will continue to pursue these matters with the ASX until some type of satisfactory attention is finally given to them.

If you could do this and post it to a Nkwe thread, or get Mr.X to email it to the group ( or both ), I am sure nearly all of us would immediately send it in to the ASX in a full scale bombardment ... Of course, anyone that would prefer to send a letter in their own words can still do so ... The more the merrier !

Sorry if this sounds like a hand-pass .... but the follow-up trails have become so old and complicated now, that many minority holders may not feel they could adequately draft an accurate up-to-date assessment of the position and outstanding actions.
