No, it's not about agreement or disagreements with my beliefs.
My comments are related to opinions claimed to be facts in the face of lack of knowledge. In addition, the absence of knowledge is not proof that God exists "and did it". Arguing from ignorance is flawed logic.

The work of authorities should be assessed on their work and not on their preceding reputation. The bible along with a Christian faith may have played a positive part in Denning's work as a judge, but that doesn't necessary translate into a deep understanding of biology and cosmology that is required to judge on these topics.
