With the global push increasing more and more towards EV's in a tightening time frame, yes I think it is possible. Caveat will be of course getting production up to that 5mtpa target.

GXY had the jump on PLS with first producer status of the two but I feel PLS is the better long term bet of the two.

At the end of the day, no one for sure so we have to play the percentages on all the data we have to date. Fundamentals for PLS to me are sound, if I feel they are changing for the worse I'll bail. No reason to worry at the moment. Possible delays over the coming months are a chance but out of everyone's control.

If it has not reached my target in a couple of years but the fundamentals are still sound and we are still growing, I won't care that my timing is a little out. Who knows? In a couple of years we could have an income stock on our hands with growth potential still.
