That's what my disclosure has always been.
I don't know what the sell price would be, the stock is heavily sentiment driven, I would settle for 2 cents again, even 1.5 might be good enough.
Downward pressure is forming, it's taken a while for the 1 cent smash down but it's approaching single figures again. The market won't stand for management's weak announcements to hold the SP at any respectable price.
