Think of the logic -
"It is a Bear market and I am 100% cash"
You have to ask what sort of an agenda someone has who is not in the market and thinks there is no reason to be in the market because it is a "bear market", but then is on HC writing all day whipping themselves (and anyone who they can get to believe them) into a frenzy ?
