"Demonstrating that a 'fair go mate' and 'she'll be right' have no meaning in their twisted view of modern Australia."

A ridiculous post. If u knew anything about Australians you would know that they hate ingrates. This woman had EVERY opportunity given to her not out of merit but because of her religion and the colour of her skin. Every door was opened for her getting a plum job on the ABC, parachuting onto an ANZAC committee, sent around the world on our dime to promote her book and invited onto universities to speak - all at the ripe age of 26

She got the best Aussie "fair-go" Amy person could ever dream of. What you clearly fail to grasp about Aussies is that we can't cop ungrateful, perpetual victim card carrying, sheet stirring, non-sensical idiots.

She openly admitted a year prior in a speech that ANZAC Day is sacrosanct to Aussies. She made a scene and walked out on a guest speaker when the speaker mocked cultural appropriation (not real Aussie of Yasmin hey). She reaches out to a dubious radical group after the ANZAC post. Then she laments how she is such a victim that going into politics would require her to go through a "jumping through hoops" process (obviously she is more accustomed to skipping the hoops and having everything just given to her) . She tossses up crap about th lack of diversity in politicians when that is just utter BS. Then the coup de gras - on the very day she rolls out the victim card and that Nat one like her could be in politics, an African woman makes her maiden speech. You just couldn't make this crap up.

So if you are going to espouse the qualities of Aussies, make sure you get it correct. We do promote a "fair go" but it ain't a one way street. We also know about "taking the piss" and when ur 26 have had every door opened for you because of your gender and religion, don't "take the piss" by acting like a petulant turd playing the victim card. And when we know you knew what you were doing re ANZAC day post, you have just relinquished your "fair go" card.

I hope she grows up while abroad and looks back to realise that at 26 she had her own TV show, government positions and an expenses paid trip around the world to promote herself and that just maybe Australia gave her the fairest go of all.
