Yes I did note the BWX and the accretive acquisition of Nourished life. I see the target company as adding another price point to their already well received skin care range of products which they will possibly leverage their Sukin brand and reputation as a natural skin care range.

I would expect that CDY will aiming a little higher than $20M for any potential offer for Evolis though in due course. Still that is a track record that is yet to be made.

The Natural Health care market be it Skin Care or Hair Care or hi quality food products continues to grow and both BWX and CDY are in the box seat to access these massive global markets. I do not see though BWX having the inclination to acquire CDY Advangen assets following their current and previous acquisition.

I am sure others will though !
