My inquiry with ASX about the 7 months of 5k sell order stacking received a response that said in essence (I can't post the reply as it is confidential) that after discussing the orders with the relevant broker they will change the way they enter those orders into the market, and that ASX found no indication of market manipulation as the orders were far from the market. Hmmmm ... then why were they there at all I ask myself!???

With such a thinly traded stock big price moves often happen as a result of just one buy or sell .. like the 4k buy at $2.42 yesterday .. and yes that often does not reflect the true prevailing market price. Its a liquidity problem which in fact has been exacerbated by the 5:1 consolidation.

Let's see if TZ holds up in today's general market sell-off. Back to $2.10-$2.20 is likely I reckon ....but that would be a reasonable result. An announcement wouldn't go astray ... but all that is likley is another early adopter announcement. Who knows when we will actually see an acquisition.
