Wouldn't be that difficult to be top 20 if last year's top 20 list is anything to go by. 20th owned .76% of total shares. On the current marketcap of $6.5mill that's under $50K. Considering the was nearly half what it is now not that long ago, you could have been a top 20 with under $30K (assuming the top 20 percentage still reflects simlarly).
