Shareholders participating would want to check the terms of funding. They'd hope its fully funded but JKL certainly don't have deep pockets so I'm not surprised if it'll be funded 'up to' in which shareholders may foot the bill to continue.
FYI - JKL have just announced an acquisition but need to be able to raise an exhorbitant amount; multiples of their current MC.
