I got in touch with Timetric about the CIC report for Paducah, they gave me a copy of the full document, that was around the time that the first announcement came out about GEH getting out, I asked them how accurate the information in the link was, they told me that GLE themselves update the info to Timetric, so I believe it is accurate, they have changed the start date on both Paducah and Wilmington, it was around the time that I got the copy from them, but GLE also said that it could be brought forward or "fast tracked" if required?
Seeing as how the start date is Q2 2018 and from what I have read it will take around two years to build either plant, then that could take us to around 2020, isn't that the timing that Silex mentioned in it's last quarterly?
I am watching like a hawk for that status which now says Planning to change to Tender and it will I believe if things start moving.
