I'm glad that Charles and our JV partners in Power Eagle all have around 10 m shares. Management without skin in the game might take your comment as a cue to secure their salaries untill retirement
In the comparison of cash flow and profit, cash (flow) is certainly King.
On the other hand having lasy cash sitting on the balance sheet is totally unproductive.
You rarely see lasy cash balances in companies that are run by people with skin in the game.
