Absolutely. there are suburbs that i would never walk into because 99% of them are controlled by no hopers who hardly speek the lingo let alone offer you a light.
I guess all cities have slums etc, just don't go there.
a lot of newbies to this country don't understand the Aussie spirit to help out your fellow countryman, thats their loss, even more so if they don't want to speak the lingo. let them live their lives out in their isolated little ethnic communities. who cares ?
