Personally, I think it's wise to not only look at the Chairman or the CEO, but at the combined power of the board. Cellmid isn't only Maria Halasz and Dr King.

I admit I have to catch up on the other board members. Just as an example, how about Mr Kaufman?


In general, I think that for a comprehensive understanding of the board, we'd have to look at all its members.

Or even think outside the box. I have seen one loose/distant industry link in the past (to big pharma). But the link I mean is probably not relevant or just coincidence so I'd rather not speculate.
